2007 Omni van makeover 2022

This van belonged to my In Laws, now deceased, so it claims a special place in my wife's heart.
So special, that it received Rs 41,000 dent removal and fresh paint work and in the last few days, Rs 12,500 worth of new seats and paneling. Special Indeed!!

It will now be the main transport for our 54kg Rottweiler and his two 16kg rescued girls that adore the hunk of a beast that Jojo is. (A little like Alia Bhatt staring at Salman Khan attempting a dance move. The special thing about that is not that he can actually move at all, but that he does it so badly ...)

Here he is, singularly unimpressed with the new interior after inspection. That is not fat, it's muscle. We never get uninvited visitors..Wonder why?

These are the girls who will inspect anything including your crotch.

This van actually belongs in Bermuda, by the colour, but I do like it very much.

Mechanically, this 53k mileage baby runs great, as well it should after throwing so much cash at it, but it still drives like shit.

Our regular car is our new Brezza, which only Madam drives, of course. If you see a tall, bespectacled, bald Angres driving this Omni testimonial to the seat cover art, looking like a giraffe trying to drive an Alto, please don't wave. I don't want the attention, please!

Giving medicine to my little bundle of joy, JoJo

Perhaps "little bundle of joy" is a misnomer. He is actually quite large, fierce looking and has a mouth the size of a laundry basket. When he yawns and exposes the vast expanse of his jaw, teeth, muzzle and various other bits, it can be disturbing to those who don't live with him every day. Even  we get a tremor every once in a while. Realizing that Rottweilers have the second strongest bite of any canine, except for the Gran Canaria, is no comfort when your dear pet gives you a rumbling growl when you try to either put in or entice him to eat a pill. Thoughts of screaming, dismemberment, sundry portions of anatomy missing, etc. gives one pause, don't you know? Our esteemed, admired and much put upon vet, Dr. Uniyal, once gave the fastest injection ever done by man to canine that I have ever witnessed. Great value bookshelf speakers at a low price

I have spent days researching a list of speakers to recommend to a friend of mine. His budget is less than Rs 25,000/-. He is willing to go passive or active speakers. Another friend has an amp I dearly love, Fosi Audio BT30D Pro with a 32V power brick. He drives an old pair of B&W bookshelf speakers with that and they get loud!! (I recommend the amp!)
